3 T Smoked Paprika
1 T Garlic Powder
1T Brown Sugar
1 T dry Mustard
3 T Course salt

Pork
1-5 to 7 lb Boston Butt Roast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the Rub ingredients and rub all over the pork. Marinade over night covered in the refrigerator. Pre heat the oven to 300º F. Put the pork on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 6 hours or until the pork is falling apart. Pull and chip the pork. Serve with your favorite bbq sauce on a toasted bun or eat without bread on a plate.
