1 (10 ounce) package shell macaroni
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 eggs
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
˝ cup soft bread crumbs

Directions:
Cook the macaroni and spinach, separately, according to package directions reserving the spinach liquid. In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon of the oil. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft. Add the meat and brown it. Add the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato sauce to the meat mixture. Add water to the spinach water to equal one cup. Add the liquid to the meat sauce. In a large bowl mix together the spinach, eggs and remaining oil. To this mixture whip in rapidly the macaroni so the spinach mixture goes into the shells. Transfer the shell mixture to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with grated cheese, pour in the meat sauce and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
