2 C Chopped Onion
2 C Chopped Celery
8 C Bread Cubes
1/2 C Butter
1 Tsp Sage
1 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
2 C Chicken Broth (or giblet broth)
1 can Cream of Chicken or Celery Soup (Undiluted)
Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Ad to bread cubes and seasonings. Add Broth and soup and mix together. Bake in a covered dish at 375º for approx. 30 minutes.

Mom made this dressing every Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it! She does add diced giblets to her dressing although I prefer cashews.
