spare ribs
salt and pepper
garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup red wine or water
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 pototoes, peeled and sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 can peas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season spare ribs with salt and pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Cut spare ribs then brown in oil and remove.
3. Sauté onion and garlic.
4. Deglaze pan with red wine or water on high heat.
5. Remove from heat and layer with carrots and pototoes.
6. Add ribs and tomato soup.
7. Preheat oven and cook with lid on at 375°F for 1 hour.
8. After 1 hour remove lid, add peas, and cook for another 20 minutes.
