Ingredients:  
2 1/2 pounds large ribs
1/2 cup wine
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 to 3 tablespoons soya sauce
sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cuts ribs up and put in casserole dish.
2. Add wine and chopped garlic.
3. Add soya sauce and sugar.
4. Cover dish.
5. Cook in oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
6. Drain ribs.
