1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 pkg. real milk chocolate morsels (not semi-sweet) - 6 oz.
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 to 1 c. extra finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy pot. Turn to high heat and add sugar, water and stir constantly until mixture turns toffee color. (It may smell like it is burning but it really isn't, approximate time 2 to 4 min.
Add 1 c. finely chopped nuts and stir.
Pour mixture into 12x9" metal pan and tip to spread evenly.
Immediately add chocolate morsels. Wait 2 minutes and spread morsels with knife over mixture. Sprinkle extra finely chopped nuts on top and refrigerate until hard. Break into pieces and serve.

Note from Aunt Eleanor: "I find 1/2 c. nuts sprinkled on top is sufficient rather than 1 c."
