1 pkg. cream cheese
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. milk
6 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring
1/4 of an orange with zest (mandarin orange)
1 1/3 c. coconut
Cool Whip
Graham Cracker Crust
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, sugar, milk, coloring, orange and coconut in blender for 30 sec.
Fold into topping.
Spoon in crust.
Freeze.
