1 cup cooked corned beef or ham cut into small pieces
14 oz. can sauerkraut drained and squeezed
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 to 1 cup chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup Bisquick or other baking mix
3 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tomato sliced
4 oz. package of shredded American, Swiss or Colby cheese

Preheat oven to 400º degrees
Grease 9 inch pie pan
Layer meat, kraut, peppers, mushrooms and onion in pan. Beat together milk, eggs and making mix until smooth. Beat very well. Pour over the ingredients.
Bake 25 min. Remove from oven and top with tomato slices. Add cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Return to the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cook for 5 minutes before serving.

I am not a big green onion person, but do like a pepper with a bit of heat to it. You just have to judge what every body likes.
