40 Peppers
1 1/2 lbs. of Hot Italian Sausage
1 1/2 lbs. of Mild Italian Sausage
Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Make Gravy. Clean and core peppers. Take Sausage out of casing. Layer of gravy on 13x9. Stuff peppers with sausage. Cover with Gravy and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
