Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 bananas
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate or carob chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Aluminum foil & a hot BBQ, campfire or oven

Directions:
Directions:
Lay each banana on it's side, and pull the peel back on the top side without pulling it all the way off. Arrange each banana on a piece of foil.

Using a spoon, scoop out some of the banana, making a space down the middle for the toppings. Arrange chocolate chips, nuts & marshmallows into each banana then fold the peel back in place - it will be bulging.

Wrap foil around each banana, and arrange bananas on grill and cook until banana is tender and marshmallows and chocolate are melted and hot, about 10 minutes. Set aside to let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream & a spoon

This is a go-to recipe for camping that I used to make with my Girl Scouts, but it's easy to make on your home BBQ or even in the oven at 400* for 10-15 minutes.
