Personal Notes:
This oven-fried chicken recipe honors the movie "Desk Set" where Katharine Hepburn plays a corporate reference librarian and Spencer Tracy an efficiency expert. While falling in love, they discuss fried chicken recipes. In one scene, Tracy even cooks the dish for Hepburn.
