Ingredients:  
1 loaf Texas Toast, cut in 1 to 2” squares (I stack slices and cut into 9 pieces)
Custard:
6 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp vanilla
4 c whole milk
2 c heavy cream
1 ½ c sugar
Sliced almonds
Cinnamon
After baked, add:
Powdered sugar
Fruit

Directions:
Directions:
1. Butter large 9” x 13” pan, add spray after buttering if you like.
2. Add cubed toast pieces tightly placed
3. Make custard, add to bread in pan, be sure to coat each cube
4. Top with cinnamon and almond slices
5. Bake at 350 – 1 hour

Let sit out to cool as it is very hot.
Serve topped with powdered sugar and fruit.
