1 cup spicy brown mustard
1 cup molasses
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup worcestershire
12 lbs of Pork spare ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs apart, putting a few at a time in boiling hot water for 20 minutes. Put marinade in a broiler pan. Add ribs as they get done. Cover, place in fridge overnight OR at this point you could freeze in a large Zip-lock and just sit out a little bit prior to cooking. Place in oven 400 º until desired crispiness is achieved. (60 min or so turning several times).
