Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Dissolve 2 tsp. yeast & ¼ cup sugar in 1 cup warm water. Let sit a few minutes

Add:
1 ¼ tsp. salt
1/3- ½ cup oil
3 eggs well beaten
1 cup milk scalded & cooled
Enough flour (5 –5 ½ cups) to make soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and let sit for a few minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and let rise for 2 to 3 hours. Roll out on floured counter top & cut with round cutter (about a 3-3 ½ inch circle) Brush with melted butter, fold in half, put in buttered pan & let rise about ½ hour. Bake at 375º until browned….about 20 minutes

I use this recipe for my cinnamon rolls also. I roll the dough out with a rolling pin, (about 1/4 " thick) spread melted butter on top with pastry brush, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon & raisins. Roll up & slice with dental floss (it doesn't smash the dough) When you put each cinnamon roll on the pan, make sure the end is tucked under or it will pop out while baking. Let raise 1/2 hour & bake at 375 until nice & brown. (20 -25 minutes)
