Ingredients:
12 Regular Ribs or Baby Back Ribs
2 tbsp. Peppercorns
2 tbsp. Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp. Minced Onion
1 tsp. Meat Tenderizer
2 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Any Bar BQ Sauce ( Homemade or Readymade)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs so they are in individual pieces (1 each piece). Place cut ribs into a large stewpot and cover with water. Add peppercorns, garlic, tenderizer, onion, steak seasoning, and cayenne (optional). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer, and cover. Slowly simmer for 1- 1/2 hours, (longer if you want them REALLY tender). Remove from heat and let cool. Spread your favorite BarBQ sauce over each rib and place onto grill. Grill and turn for 2 minutes each side (approximately). Remove and serve.

Personal Notes:
I often let them simmer for 2 hours or so. Then let them cool, and place in the refrigerator. When I need something for dinner the next day, I remove from the frig, spread sauce on them and put them on the barbecue long enough to heat them (about 5 minutes). These are a great "fast, yummy" dinner.
