Notes: It is "chewy" with nuts and raisins rather than traditional creamy This is my standard instant breakfast before work and travel to get a quick start. Last year when I was on the Yukon River Quest Race (Whitehorse to Dawson, 740 km, 3 days) any time I felt hungry while paddling I took some premixed packages, put into a plastic jar with a lid, added water, shook it up, let it sit for a couple minutes and ate it cold. Had lots of steady energy for the race. www.yukonriverquest.com/ https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Unsinkables-YRQ-2012/318258821528065 https://northsixty.com/2012/heavily-favored-not-to-win/
