1⅓ c light brown sugar
1¾ c flour
½ c sugar
2⅓ c oats
1 c melted butter
1 c chopped pecans
1½ t vanilla
1 c white chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 c dried cranberries
1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚. Mix brown sugar, sugar, butter, and vanilla with a whisk until combined. Mix in eggs and beat until creamy. Add baking soda and flour. With a spoon, stir in oats, pecans, chips, and cranberries until combined. Mixture will be very thick. Use a large ice cream scoop to place 8 cookies on 3 greased, parchment lined baking sheets. Bake about 12 minutes. Cookies should be brown, but soft in the center as they will crisp as they cool. Cool on pans.
