Directions:
Combine and chop drained sundried tomatoes and capers.

Blend butter, cream cheese, feta, green onions, ¼ cup tomato/caper mix, garlic, and seasonings in a food processor.

Line a quart sized plastic container with plastic wrap. Wrap should cover the inside of the container and hang over the edges.

Spread pine nuts in the bottom of the container. Top with a ¼ inch to ½ inch of pesto. Top with half of the cheese mixture. Add a layer using the remaining tomato/caper mixture ensuring that it is drained. Top with the remaining cheese mixture. Fold plastic wrap around final layer and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

*Cavender’s Greek Seasoning may be replaced with ½ teaspoon extra dried mint and 1½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
