10 or 12 skinless - boneless, chicken breasts.
6 garlic cloves
2 large onions
4 sour oranges
1/4 cup veg. oil
Oregano, cumin
+o- salt and pepper
Parsley to garnish.
Slices of lemon

In a mortar crush the garlic with the salt pepper, oregano and cumin-to a paste.

Rub the chicken with this paste and some of the juice from the sour oranges. Slice an onion to cover the chicken and keep them in a container in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night.

In a large skillet heat the oil, brown the pieces of chicken well on all sides add the onion, more of the juice; reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. During this time continue adding the rest of the juice, I usually use some white wine and cook the chicken for one hr. or more.

Before serving brown the rest of the onion to garnish the chicken with the parsley and the slices of lemon.
