1 cup shortening
1 1/2 c sugar (1/2 c honey)
1 egg
9 0z. can crushed pineapple
3 1/2 c flour + 2 T.
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 c coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, honey & egg
Add pineapple
Sift & Add flour, soda & salt
Add coconut

Chill 1 hour & bake 8-10 minutes at 400º
