3 eggs
1 - 16 oz can pumpkin
3/4 c oil
1/2 c water
2 1/2 c flour
1 c honey
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 c raisins
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, water & honey.
Add dry ingredients slowly while mixing well.

Frost with cream cheese frosting or SERVE WITH WHIPPED CREAM

This recipe came from a book I used to read to Sara, Melissa & Aaron when we lived in Iowa. All I remember is the book was about a witch who "made this cake & won 1st prize", but for the bunch of us who were home all day while Eric was at school or working, it was a pretty good cake to make.
