3 1/2 c. warm water
1 c oil
1/2 c honey
6 T. yeast
1 T. salt
3 eggs
10 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Preheat oven 425º

Put warm water in mixing bowl & add oil, honey & yeast - LET REST 15 MINUTES FOR YEAST TO ACTIVATE

Add salt, eggs & flour & mix all ingredients until forms ball in the bowl.
Dump out onto floured surface , divide into 2-3 sections. Knead each section until dough feels ready to be rolled out. Roll out to 1/4-3/8". Cut with wide mouth jar ring for regular sized buns - use regular ring for kids.
Let rise for about 30 minutes & bake 10-12 minutes

The large amount of yeast makes these rise quickly & be ready to cook in a hurry. They freeze well.
