1/2 round sweet Hawaiian bread loaf, cut into thick slices, slices halved
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine last 4 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir with a fork. Warm skillet with butter. When butter is melted and skillet is hot, dunk 1 slice of bread, hold for a second, then flip and repeat. Hold it above bowl and let excess drip off. Put in skillet and cook bread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fairly firm and no longer sloppy. Should be lightly browned.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled lightly with maple syrup.
