Onion powder
Garlic powder
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 beef brisket
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (We use Sweet Baby Ray's!)

Large baking pan
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Poke brisket many times with fork.
2) Sprinkle generous amounts of both powders over brisket (on the meaty side of the beef).
3) Pour a whole bottle of liquid smoke over the brisket; cover with foil.
4) Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
5) Next day, remove from refrigerator and place in a preheated oven at 250º for 5 hours.
6) After 5 hours, remove from oven, remove fat.
7) Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the surface, cover back up with foil and bake 1 more hour.
8) Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
9) Slice thin with an electric knife and serve on your favorite bread/rolls.
