2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick mix
2/3 cups milk
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter (melted)
1 Tbsp grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Melt butter (in microwave)
Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Do not over mix.
Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Split the warm shortcakes and fill with fruit, berries or what ever else you wish.
Top with whipped cream
