1/4 C. margarine
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 1/tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 C. sour cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 C. chopped nuts
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Spoon into a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Remove from pan onto a cooling rack. Makes 1 loaf.
