1 1/2 c. macaroni noodles
1/2 c. margarine, cut up
1 1/2 c. shredded medium sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 12oz. can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. cook macaroni according to package directions, adding salt and pepper to the water. Drain and add margarine, stirring until melted. Place noodles in casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over noodles. Add a little regular milk to mixture to keep it loose enough so it doesn't stick to the sides of the casserole. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until brown on top. Test for doneness in middle with toothpick.
