2 tbsp (30 mL) cooking oil
1 tsp (5 mL) mustard seeds
15 to 20 fresh curry leaves
1 tsp (5 mL) smoked paprika
1 tbsp (15 mL) Italian herb mix seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
14 to 16 Prawns, peeled and deveined
1 - 14 oz can (396 g) of coconut milk

Directions:
In a skillet, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and cook for 20 seconds on medium heat. Add paprika, herb mix, , slat and pepper and cook for 10 seconds. Add prawns and cook for a minute. Add the coconut milkand cook until the prawns are fully cooked.
