I/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup tomato puree
6 garlic cloves,chopped fine
1 1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
6 lbs spareribs

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven for 450º
Place spare ribs in an enamel pan and cover with honey, soy sauce and tomato puree. Add chopped garlic and chicken broth. Marinate for several hours, turning occasionally.Remove meat from marinade dry the meat well, reserving the marinade.
Roast the ribs in 450º oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue to cook ribs, basting frequently with marinade for 1 hour or until they are well done. Separate into serving size.
Add hot water to the pan drippings to make 1-1/2 cups of sauce .Add 1-1/2 tbs cornstarch to make a paste with a little water, add to sauce and cook to thicken. Serve with ribs
