Cake:
1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. water
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding

Topping:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 16 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix ingredients for cake and bake for 40 minutes.

Mix ingredients for topping.

Take hot cake from oven and pierce top of the cake (a lot). Pour topping ingredients over cake and place back in oven for 5 minutes more.

Moon's favorite cake, he named it. It is very tart and "wet". Ate the first one with a spoon because I didn't see to put it back in oven for the last 5 minutes. It is much better when you follow directions. LOL
