1/2 cup cooked pork, finely chopped
1/2 cup ham, finely chopped
1 cup coarsely chopped shrimp
1 large onion, chopped fine
l clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 - 1 1/2 cup rinsed bean sprouts
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup water
egg white or milk

Saute garlic until brown - discard. In same pan, saute onion until soft and add meat, shrimp and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add sprouts and carrots and cook until carrots are tender. Drain liquid. Spread on plate to cool. Then spread wrappers with one corner toward you. Place 2 - 3 Tbsp of filling on each. Fold side corners in and roll the whole thing to top corner. Moisten with egg white or milk to seal. Deep fry in fat until browned.

Recipe came from when I worked in Guam. The ladies I ate lunch with were all foreign, mostly Filipino. They would share too.
