1 1/2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp vanilla
2/3 cup Karo Syrup, light

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together thoroughly. Add Karo Syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs. Mix thoroughly and add chopped pecans.

Pour mixture into a 9 or 10 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake pie at 325º for one hour.

Mom used to make it pretty by picking out perfect pecan halves and laying them to cover the top.
