2 lbs hamburger
1 cup each: onion, celery, and bell pepper, finely chopped
1 20 oz. can tomato sauce
1 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. each: garlic salt, seasoning salt, and pepper
2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
3 bay leaves
2 cups elbow macaroni
3 cups water or beef stock or vegetable stock

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, brown meat. Do not drain.

In separate pan, saute onion, celery, and bell pepper. Add to meat.

Add all other ingredients. Cook on high for 45 minutes. If the bay leave is still intact, remove it. I chop it into tiny pieces first, just in case I forget. No one likes leaves and stems in their food.
