3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. chopped Black Walnuts
17 crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. whipping cream
strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 325º


Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Fold in remaining ingredients (except cream). Put mixture into greased 9" pie pan an for 25 or 30 minutes. Cool. (Can be made a day earlier). Top with whipped cream and/or fresh berries when served.
