3 tbl olive oil
1 tbl white wine vinegar
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
2 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 - 2 Lbs. Premium pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, conbine oil and next 5 ingredients and stir well. Place tenderloin in a shallow dish and brush oil mixture on all sides. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours

Prepare grill. Cook tenderloin on a covered grill over medium hot coals 15 to 20 min. or until a meat thermometer registers 145o. Turn once during cooking time. Slice and serve
