2 of the 7.5 oz cans of Red Salmon with juice
2 Eggs
1 Cup of milk
9 saltine crackers broken up
1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp celery salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take out bones and dark skin from canned salmon and break up with fork
Spread evenly in small greased casserole

Mix eggs, milk, and dry seasonings together

Pour over salmon in casserole

Sprinkle 3/4ths of broken crackers on top and let stand for 20 min.

Preheat oven to 350 and sprinkle with remaining crackers, dot with butter and dust with Paprika.

Bake for 45 min.
