Pre- mix #1 in a ziploc:
2 cups Couscous
3 tsp brown sugar
1 cup dried fruit of your choice (chopped)
(dried mangos, pinapple, pears, peaches, apple)
2 tsp crystallized ginger

Separate ziploc:
1/2 cup (add 1 cup of water on trip) coconut powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to boil. Add Pre- mix #1 to water and stir. Let sit 5 minutes. While you wait, make coconut milk for the topping. Serves 4.
