2 Cups Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
2 Cups grated carrots
Small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 Cup finely chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt)

Add oil, eggs, carrots and crushed pineapple. Add chopped nuts.


Bake @ 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes in greased bundt pan.
