Strawberry Margarita BBQ Sauce
From our road trips to Mexico while in culinary school, this sauce is perfect with some good pork ribs. It can be made ahead of time so it's ready in case the afternoon margaritas take up your time.

2 cups Strawberry Jelly
1 quart sliced Strawberries
2 cups Sugar
1 quart Ketchup
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 cup Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Frozen Limeade Concentrate
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1 tbsp. grated Fresh Ginger
2 tbsp. Tequila
2 tbsp. Triple Sec
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Puree with immersion blender or food processor and return to simmer for 30 more minutes.
