1 ring beef polska kielbasa
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice kielbasa into 1/4 inch slices. In a large pot, add onion and sliced kielbasa. Fry until kielbasa is browned well. Add sauerkraut, pepper and tomato sauce. Mix well. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour stirring occasionally.
