2 cinnamon sticks
2 cups sugar
2 cups long grain rice
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a Dutch oven pot 1/2 full of water, cinnamon sticks , sugar, and rice. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to low- medium heat. Cover & simmer until some of the liquid has been absorbed & rice is cooked. Remove from heat. Add I can of evaporated milk & mix well.

You may add raisins while it is cooking for added flavor and sweetness.
