Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pounds pork country-style ribs
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3/4 cup bottled chili sauce
1/2 cup apple juice, apple cider, or light beer (I've only tried it with the apple juice)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 350º oven for 1 hour. Drain off fat.

2. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan, cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender. Stir in chili sauce, apple juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes (you should have about 1 and 1/2 cups sauce)

3. Spoon 1/3 cup of sauce over ribs. Bake, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes more or until tender, turning the ribs and spooning 1/3 more of the sauce over ribs after 25 minutes. Heat remaining sauce until warm. Pass the ribs.

First time this was prepared, I followed the recipe, but added a touch more honey on the second time. Ribs can be grilled outside.
