Baby back ribs (1 slab per person)
1/2 jar of Kim's Homemade BBQ sauce (see recipe)

Directions:
Remove skin from underside of ribs with paper towel. Cut ribs into 1 to 2 rib sections and add to crock pot. Cook for 3 to 4 hours. Remove juice and discard. Do not add BBQ sauce at the beginning. Add approximately 1/2 jar, (1/2 pint) of BBQ sauce and simmer for 1-2 hours and serve as an appetizer or meal.
