1 cup melted butter
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup corn meal
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Make sure you add the butter slowly as not to cook the eggs or cool the butter too quickly. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan for 35 minutes. (When i make it there is enough to do a 9x13 and 8x8 so i cook both for 28 minutes. Bake at 350º. Can also bake into muffins, which requires less baking time.

Gluten Free version:
Everything the same only add 4 1/2 cups gluten free flour mix: In a #10 can i mix together 1/2 tapioca starch 1/4 brown rice flour 1/4 sweet sorghum.
