Ingredients:  
3 lbs frozen chicken (I used fresh boneless breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Water to cover chicken
one onion (diced)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup carrots (I used peeled baby carrots)
1 pkg plain Pillsbury biscuits (break into pieces)


Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, water,soup and onion in slow cooker on low for five hours.
Add peas and carrots. Break apart biscuit dough and push lightly down into liquid.
Cook one hour on low in slow cooker

This is also good if you just bake the biscuits in the oven and serve chicken over the hot biscuits.
