1 can green chili pepper or hot fresh peppers
4 firm medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/4 t. salt
dash of hot sauce
2 T cider vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, chilies and onion very fine. Stir in salt, pepper, vinegar and hot sauce. Let stand several hours before serving to allow flavors to mingle. Serve on tacos, steamed tortillas,as a sauce for beans, meat, vegetables or soup
