gallon of ketchup
1/4 c. garlic salt
1/2 c chili powder
5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 t. dry mustard
3/4 c. B B Q spice
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 oz. liquid smoke
1 1/2 c. onion (chopped and cooked)
2 c. dark vinegar

combine all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
