½ cup paprika, smoked or regular
¼ cup chili powder
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. ground coriander
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mild curry powder
2 tbsp. dry hot mustard
1 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. gound cayenne
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and store in a jar(s) until ready to use. It's great on chicken, beef, pork and fish. Rub on before barbequeing.
