Ingredients:  
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 to 2 T. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped cashews
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. chow mein noodles and 1/2 c. for top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until crisp and tender. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle remaining noodles and nuts on top. Bake in lightly greased 2 1/2 - quart uncovered casserole for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
