1 lb cross cut beef ribs
Marinade:
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 thumb sized piece of ginger, minced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the red wine, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper until everything is dissolved. Pour mixture over cross cut beef ribs and mix well. marinate 24 to 48 hours.

2. Heat a pan on high heat until very hot. Sear each slice of rib on a very high heat on each side, about 2 minutes a side. Set on serving platter.

3. While cooking the ribs, bring the left over marinade to a boil in a small sauce pan and reduce until syrupy. When all the ribs are cooked, return them to the pan and coat in the glaze and serve.

Note: Serve with steamy hot rice and leafy greens.
